STANDARD DELIVERY POLICY AND DELIVERY CHARGES
Subject to stock availability we aim to deliver all orders within 1-2 working days provided orders are received before 4.30 pm and we have stock. Please note that paper and a few special furniture products may require a slightly longer delivery time and you will be informed by e-mail of the alternative delivery date. Our standard delivery charge is £6.99 plus vat for orders up to the value of £74.99 plus vat. Orders over £75.00 plus vat will not be charged for delivery. Please note if you are ordering outside of the UK additional carriage charges may apply and you should contact us for a quotation.
Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder; you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date.
Should we receive no response from our e-mail we will assume that you wish to accept the goods on the date as specified.
If the delivery date is unacceptable please respond to our e-mail and we will cancel the backorder and either credit your credit card or, if you are an account customer, you will not be invoiced.
DAMAGED, MISSING OR FAULTY ITEMS
If any items are damaged or missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of your delivery on 01892 664155 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will the investigate your claim and if acceptable, either directly replace the item or issue a credit. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.
Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging
